The agreement
By placing an order you make an offer to buy the selected products. A binding purchase agreement is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email to the address you provide. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, mispriced due to an obvious error, or the order appears fraudulent — and will refund any amount already charged.
Prices & taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We make every effort to display correct prices, but if a clear pricing error occurs we are not obligated to honor it.
Summer Mega Sale
Summer Mega Sale deals are limited per model (up to 100 units per deal). When campaign slots are sold out, regular pricing applies. Promotional prices are valid while the campaign is live and cannot be combined unless stated.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by our payment partner. You always see the final amount before you approve payment. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Split payment
Optional split payment may be offered for all products. When selected, you pay part of the order now and the remainder on the date shown at checkout. The exact terms are presented before you confirm.
Shipping & returns
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy and cancellations and returns by our returns policy. Most items qualify for 30-day returns in original condition.
Warranty & liability
New products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Pre-owned items are sold in the condition described on the product page with a 12-month store warranty. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies.
