Return and warranty information for purchases at TechWiking.
30-day returns
Most new products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused and resalable condition with all packaging and accessories. Contact support before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorization and the correct return address.
How to return
Email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm next steps. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue your refund to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
Pre-owned & outlet
Pre-owned items are sold in the condition described on the product page and are covered by a 12-month store warranty. They can be returned within 30 days if they don’t match the listed condition.
Defects & warranty
If an item is defective or not as described, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange repair, replacement or refund as appropriate and in line with applicable law and the manufacturer’s warranty.
