Information we collect
We collect the information you give us to place and deliver an order — your name, email, shipping address and order details — and limited technical data (such as device and log information) needed to run the site securely. We do not collect more than we need.
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship orders, send order confirmations and support replies, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the store. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the store: our payment processor (PayRam), shipping carriers, our email provider, and a privacy-friendly analytics provider (Plausible, which does not use cookies or track you across sites). These providers may only use the data to perform their service.
Retention & security
We keep order data as long as needed for the purchase, warranty, accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it. Connections are encrypted, and we don’t store full card details on our servers.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and U.S. residents (including California) may exercise applicable privacy rights such as knowing what we hold and asking us not to sell data (we don’t). Contact us via the contact page and we’ll respond promptly.
