The black levels are in a different league than our old LED. Dark movie scenes are actually deep black instead of gray. The menus take a minute to learn, but the picture more than makes up for it.
Packaging was solid — no dents or missing accessories. Happy with the purchase so far.
I was nervous ordering online but everything checked out. Serial matched and the device looked brand new.
Sports look fantastic with the high refresh rate and I haven’t seen any logo burn-in. One star off because the stand was a little fiddly to attach and took some patience.
