Affiliate program terms

Program overview

The TechWiking affiliate program lets approved creators earn commission on qualifying sales they refer to techwiking.com. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion and may pause or end participation for any affiliate who breaches these terms.

Commission

Your commission rate on direct referred sales is 30% for your first 30 days in the program, then 10% on subsequent referred orders. Commission is calculated on the net order value after discounts, only when an order is paid or partially paid (split payment), and only when attribution is confirmed server-side via your referral link or code.

If you recruit another affiliate with your apply link ( ?aff=YOURCODE), you may earn 15% of their commission for their first 30 days, then 5% thereafter. These refer & earn amounts are included in your dashboard “Owed to you” balance together with your direct commissions.

Attribution & tracking

Referral visits are tracked with a first-party cookie when someone arrives via your link (?ref=YOURCODE). Last-click attribution applies within the cookie window. We also record referral clicks for dashboard statistics. You are responsible for using the link and code we assign to you.

FTC & disclosure

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to TechWiking whenever you share an affiliate link or promote our products — for example with labels such as “affiliate link”, “ad”, or “paid partnership”, placed where your audience will see them before they click. Follow FTC Endorsement Guides and any platform-specific rules (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.). Failure to disclose may result in removal from the program.

Payouts

Payouts are processed via PayRam to the wallet or details you save in your dashboard. We pay amounts shown as “Owed to you” according to our internal payout schedule. You are responsible for keeping payout details accurate and for any tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Bid on TechWiking or TechWiking trademarks in paid search without written permission
• Use misleading claims, fake urgency, or false pricing about our products
• Cookie-stuffing, self-referral abuse, or fraudulent orders
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or promotion on sites that violate law or platform rules
• Imply you are an employee or official representative of TechWiking

Returns & chargebacks

If a referred order is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, the related commission may be reversed or deducted from future payouts.

Termination & changes

Either party may end participation at any time. We may update these terms; continued use of the program after changes constitutes acceptance. The version in effect when you earn commission applies to that earning period unless we notify you otherwise.
